Johanna Hanefeld

Johanna Hanefeld currently researches global health governance, health systems and patient mobility, and is responsible for the module on Globalization and Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. As lecturer in Health Systems Economics, she has specific expertise in quantitative and qualitative policy analysis focused mainly on low- and middle-income countries. In the past, she has worked for the World Health Organization on social determinants of health and on national health policies, and for Amnesty International on HIV/AIDS.
